At Designer Mailboxes, we specialize in turning everyday curbside essentials into cheerful, personalized front yard statements. Our products begin with high-quality materials—durable steel mailboxes and low-maintenance aluminum posts—which I purchase, inspect, prepare, and then spray-paint using premium outdoor paints and a high-gloss UV-protectant seal.

This process ensures long-lasting color, weather resistance, and a vibrant, stylish appearance over time. Each item is crafted with care and painted with love. 

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Custom orders may take additional time depending on design and production schedule.

  • We will notify you by email when your order ships or if any delays occur.

3. Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

  • Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because our mailboxes are custom painted to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will be happy to work with you on a resolution.

5. Custom Orders

Custom design requests are welcome! Turnaround time for custom work may vary.
