These are durable and low maintenance aluminum mailbox posts that I purchase and paint. Each post is painted with high quality spray paints and a high gloss UV protectant spray. This squared post installs directly into the ground and should be set in concrete. The steel mounting bracket accommodates most medium to large size mailboxes, and it will support up to 100 pounds of evenly distributed weight.

SIZE/INSTALLATION
This is a standard in-ground mailbox post, compatible with most mailbox sizes and styles. Please message me if you're unsure. All necessary pieces should be included to attach your mailbox. You will find pre-drilled holes on sides and bottom of bracket for easy installation. This assembled post measures 51'H x 6'W x 11.8'D.
This post is designed for in-ground installation. It is not made to cover an existing post or to be anchored - it's intended to be set in concrete. You'll need a hole approximately 20 inches deep by a foot wide. Use a level to ensure a straight post and follow the concrete instructions. I recommend using at least a 60 lb bag of fast-setting or regular concrete. You'll also want a wrench to tighten the mounting bracket nuts.
CARE/MAINTENANCE
As with any product exposed to long-term outdoor exposure, your mailbox post will require periodic maintenance to keep its appearance, and to extend its life. Maintenance frequency will depend on where you live and how protected your post is from the sun and weather. If you notice your post is looking dirty or weathered, clean the surface with a soft rag, mild soap and water. Or clean at least seasonally to remove any dirt or debris. Don't forget to clean your mailbox too.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
All of our mailbox posts are custom made so we don't accept returns or exchanges of any kind. Please message if there are any issues with your item and we will find a solution.
